Low Impact Workout

- This low impact class involves a series of exercises using your own body weight for resistance. It will focus on recovering range of motion, toning, and will strengthen your legs, core and back, while improving your posture and flexibility. Participants will need to register and RSVP on the Stronger Austin website (http://strongeraustin.org).
