Operation Lone Star 2021 is coming to South Texas.  We bring FREE medical services to communities with help from hundreds of local service groups and volunteers. It’s an emergency preparedness exercise to help us get ready for disasters. Locations in Cameron, Hidalgo, Starr, Willacy and Webb Counties.
